摘要
社区矫正社会工作的"外来身份"和初步的实践经验都要求我们对社区矫正社会工作的本土发展进行必要讨论。本文通过对社区矫正发展历程和社区矫正社会工作实践的分析讨论,发现目前中国社区矫正社会工作本土发展路径主要是由职业化带动本土发展、教育研究引导本土发展。在社区矫正社会工作的本土发展过程中社区矫正社会工作呈现出复合性、系统性、价值导向性、差异性和行政性的特点。对于社区矫正社会工作的本土发展过程中面临的政策法规困境、人力资源困境和文化困境,本文建议从社区矫正社会工作法律法规建设、社区矫正社会工作的专业化建设、社区矫正社会工作人才队伍建设三个方面入手,推动社区矫正社会工作的本土发展。
The development of China's social work practice in community correction requires us to discuss its localized development.The author found that China's social work localizing path in community correction was mainly driven by the professional social work in community correction and guided by the local education research through analyzing the development of community correction and social work practice in community correction. Social work localization in Community correction shows the characteristics of plyability, systematicness, value orientation, diversity and administration. At present, Chinaese social work localization in community correction faces the predicament of policies and regulations, social workers' human resource, and culture education. The author suggested constructing social work laws and regulations, social work professionalization, and social work talent team to promote the development of Chinese social work localized development in community correction.
