成形工艺对绝缘子帽力学性能的影响

摘要 为了满足特高压输变电线路常温和极端低温的使用要求,需要提高陶瓷(玻璃)绝缘子帽性能。采用锻造工艺成形45、40Cr和Q235B钢绝缘子帽以取代QT450-10球墨铸铁帽。试验结果表明,锻造生产的绝缘子帽表面光滑,外形优美,无需逐件进行"X射线无损探伤"检测。在常温下,QT450-10铸件抗拉强度比45钢锻件低32.7%,伸长率低8.3%;极端温度(-50℃)条件下,QT450-10铸件抗拉强度比45钢锻件低30.5%,伸长率低13.8%。45钢价格适中,其锻件在常温和极端温度下,具有综合性能好的优势,可以作为绝缘子帽的锻件材料。 In order to meet the requirements of extra-high voltage transmission line at normal and extreme low temperature, the performances of ceramic (glass) insulators caps need be improved. QT450-10 ductile cast iron insulator caps were replaced by forging forming 45, 40Cr and Q235B steel insulator caps. The test results show that the insulator caps produced by forging process have smooth surface and beautiful appearance, and each cap needn't be detected with the "X-ray nondestructive testing". Tensile strength and elongation of QT450-10 castings are lower by 32.7% and 8.3% than those of 45 steel forgings at room temperature, respectively; while tensile strength and elongation of QT450-10 castings are lower by 30.5% and 13.8% than those of 45 steel forgings at extreme temperature (-50℃), respectively. 45 steel has moderate cost and its forgings have advantages of good comprehensive performance at room temperature and extreme temperature, hence it can be used as the insulator cap forging materials.
