基于渐进成形的GTN细观损伤模型参数研究

摘要 针对板料渐进成形中的损伤问题,从细观角度引入考虑板材各向异性的损伤模型Hill'48-GTN。对DC06板料进行单向拉伸实验和有限元模拟,通过对比两应力应变曲线来确定模型参数。然后把确定参数的GTN模型嵌入到有限元软件Abaqus中,以模拟圆台件的渐进成形过程,并对比了模拟和实验结果中的厚度分布。结果表明:所得模型参数对板材渐进成形是有效的。 Aiming at the damage problem of metal sheet incremental forming, Hill' 48-GTN damage model with material anisotropy was introduced from the microscopic view. Uniaxial tensile tests and finite element simulation of DC06 sheet were carried out. The model parameters were determined by comparising with two stress-strain curves. Then the GTN model with definitized parameters was embedded into Abaqus software to simulate the incremental forming process of conical parts. And thickness distribution of simulation and experimental results was contrasted. The results show that the model parameters are effective for the metal sheet incremental forming.
