摘要
从肝热毒瘀论治脑系急难症是国医大师张学文教授学术特色。理性思考"肝热"的病理内涵,是传承国医大师学术思想和临床经验的重要内容。文章从脑病列入肝胆系病证的依据,肝热所包含的肝气、肝火、肝阳、肝风等病理特征以及肝热与毒瘀的病理联系,肝热毒瘀论研究的意义等方面探讨了肝热的病理内涵,以期启迪同道,深入理解和传承国医大师学术思想,促进中医脑病学术进步。
Treatment of urgent and complicated brain diseases based on theory of liver heat-toxicity accumulation was the academic characteristic of the TCM master ZHANG Xue-wen. Rational thinking about the pathological connotations of ‘liver heat＇ helped to inherit the main contents of the academic and clinical experiences of TCM master. Since brain diseases were categorized into the liver and gallbladder system, this paper, the pathological contents of ‘liver heat＇ were discussed from the following aspects： the pathological features of liver qi, liver fire, liver yang, liver wind, and the pathological associations of liver heat and heat-toxicity accumulation, and the research significance of this theory. This paper aimed to open and enlighten colleagues to deeply understand and inherit the academic thought of TCM master ZHANG Xue-wen, which would promote the academic progress of brain diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
