摘要
高校新进辅导员是高校辅导员队伍的新生力量,在实现由学生角色转向辅导员角色过程中会产生角色冲突,存在理论掌握不够、工作经验不足、心理调适能力不强等问题。促进新进辅导员实现角色转换、做好辅导员工作,需要新进辅导员积极参加岗前培训,增强工作认知;加强自我学习,提升理论素养;积极参与讨论,弥补经验缺失;强化能力锻炼,优化能力结构。
The university’s counselor is a new force of campus team .In the process of implementation from the student role to the counselor ,the role conflict will emerge ,such as theoretical grasp ,lack of working experience ,and weak psychological adjustment .Discussion is made on how to promote the realization of the role‐conversation of new counselors ,to take on a good job which needs the new counselors take an active part in pre‐service training ,to enhance the work cognition and self‐learning ,to promote theoretical accomplishment and participate in the discussion which will make up for the lack of experiences , to strengthen the ability and to optimize the structure of ability .
