摘要
涵养陶冶作为高校人文素质全面发展的前提条件,对人才培养模式的构建形成了积极的氛围优化作用,展现出人才培养模式及氛围所具有的和谐性。针对高校人才人格塑造过程,深化理解人文素质全面培养过程中的人性教育目标,使人才培养的人文素质引导以内心意识优化角度为切入点,逐步引导高校人才社会发展观念及价值的认知层次不断加深,使高校人才人文精神的渗透与升华为推动社会发展提供不竭的动力。研究表明,高校人才人文素质的提升,关键在于人才培养模式构建的出发点,要立足以思想意识引导为主体,确立以人才社会价值为中心,这对高校人才人文素质培养模式的构建具有强烈的推动作用。
As a precondition for the humanistic quality of college talents, self - cultivation plays an important role in forming a positive atmosphere for the establishment of talent cultivation mode, so that the harmonic relation between talent cultivation mode and the atmosphere around can be fully reflected. Aiming at the personality forming process of college talents, humanity education goal for hu- manistic quality cultivation process has been deeply understood with the point of penetration of inner consciousness optimization, and the social cognition and value of college talents cultivation should be enhanced gradually. So as to make the penetration and sublimation of college talents' humanistic spirits contribute to the entire social development. The results pointed out that the key to improving the humanistic quality of college talents is selecting a correct starting point for talents cultivation mode construction. Basing on ideology guidance as a principal part and focusing on talent social value could facilitate the construction of humanistic quality cultivation mode for college talents.
