摘要
铁道机车车辆专业实施"现代学徒制"学生业务技能素质养成模式,机务段参与制定人才培养方案,派遣技术人员讲授专业课,接收并指导学生实习,参与学生管理等教育教学全过程,促进了学生业务技能素质的养成,满足了企业的用人需求。
The major of railway locomotive and vehicle adopts professional skills training mode, namely ＆quot;mod-ern apprenticeship＆quot;. School and Locomotive depot co-develop the talent training scheme, co-instruct students’ practice, co -manage the running of program. Technicians from the depot are also selected to give lectures in school. This unique training mode not only effectively promotes students′professional skills, but also satisfies the HR demand of enterprises.
