AZ31镁合金正挤压-等径角挤压复合变形模型的有限元分析

摘要 采用正挤压与等径角挤压复合变形模型,对AZ31镁合金在300℃条件下的变形行为进行了数值模拟计算,分析了挤压载荷、等效应力、平均应力分布和等效应变的变化规律。结果表明:AZ31镁合金经过正挤压与等径角复合变形发生了剧烈的塑性变形,应力主要集中在模具转角剪切区,主要变形区获得具有梯度的等效应变。 Numerical simulation calculation was carried out on the model of forward extruding and equal channel angular pressing compound extruding of the deformation behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy Under the condition of 300℃. And analyzed the change rule of the extruding load, equivalent stress, the average stress distribution and equivalent strain. The results show that severe plastic deformations are occurred in the AZ31 magnesium alloy after being subjected to forward extruding and equal channel angular compound extruding, and stress is mainly concentrated on shear zone of the die corner. Besides, equivalent strain value of the gradient can be achieved effectively.
