摘要
本文从实证的角度分析浙江省72家县级公立医院与民营医院重点学科发展的现状,通过对学科关键成员的访谈,了解其对学科发展的态度。分析发现,县级公立医院在重点学科带头人、科研资源等方面优于民营医院。对此,从强化政府投入保障、促进综合能力水平提升、加强团队人才培养、加强过程管理和引导等四个方面提出县级公立医院与民营医院学科发展的政策建议。
This paper analyzed the current situation of key disciplines development in 72 private and countylevel hospitals in Zhejiang province, and explore the key members＇ attitude to the development of key disciplines.The results showed that county-level hospital has better subject leader and research resources than private hospital.So political suggestions have been put forward from four aspects to the development of key disciplines in county-level and private hospitals. The first is strengthening government investment; the second is improving comprehensive level; the third is strengthen personnel training; the fourth is strengthen process management.
