摘要
为宗地花猪及其杂交猪的进一步开发利用提供参考依据,选取宗地花猪仔猪及其与江口萝卜猪杂交仔猪各12头,分为纯种组和杂交组,相同条件下育肥172d,各组选3头进行屠宰和肉质性状测定。结果表明:与纯种组相比,杂交组的生长速度缓慢,饲料报酬高,但差异均不显著(P〉0.05);纯种组胴体重和脂率高于杂交组(P〉0.05),瘦肉率高于杂交组(P〈0.05),骨率、皮率及6~7胸椎间皮厚低于杂交组(P〉0.05);杂交组小排比例高于纯种组(P〉0.05),其他体躯比例接近;肉质指标均适中,未出现PSE肉和DFD肉。
The pure breed group containing 12 Zongdihua piglets and the hybrid group containing 12 hybrid piglets from Zongdihua Pig and Jiangkou luobo Pig were fattened for 172 d under the same condition and then the slaughter character and meat quality of three pigs per group were determined to provide a reference for further development and utilization of Zongdihua Pig and its hybrid Pig. Results: The feed conversion of the hybrid group with slow growth speed is higher than the pure breed group but the difference is not significant (P〉0.05). The carcass weight and fat rate of the pure breed group are higher than the hybrid group (P〉0.05)and the lean meat percentage is higher than the hybrid group(P〉0.05) but the bone rate, skin rate and skin thickness between 6 and 7 thoracic vertebra are lower than the hybrid group(P〉0.05). The rib percentage of the hybrid group is higher than the pure breed group (P〉0.05). There are no obvious differences in other slaughter characters between the pure breed group and hybrid group. The meat quality index of two groups is moderate without PSE and DFD meat.
