摘要
为探明对烟草花叶病(TMV)具有较好防效且对作物和环境安全的药剂,选用自制的壳寡糖纳米银和希夫碱纳米银对感染烟草花叶病的烟株进行田间防治研究。结果表明:2种药剂对烟草花叶病均具有一定的防效。其中,希夫碱纳米银50倍、100倍溶液具有较好的防效,其防效分别达65.68%和61.27%,比2%宁南霉素300倍液的防效分别高9.04%和4.63%,比100μg/mL壳寡糖的防效分别高35.04%和30.63%;其次是壳寡糖纳米银50倍溶液,与宁南霉素防效相当,达56.98%。各药剂对烟株的生长均具有一定的促进作用。
The field control efficiency of Schiff-base nano-silver and chitosan oligosaccharide nano- silver against tobacco plants infected with TMV was studied to select pesticides with better control efficiency and safety to crops and environment against TMV. Results. Two pesticides both have the certain control effect against TMV. The control efficiency of Schiff-base nano-silver ( 50 times) and Sehiff-base nano silver ( 100 times) solutions is 65. 68% and 61. 27%, 9. 04% and 4. 63% higher than 2% Ningnanmycin (× 300 times) solution and 35. 04% and 30. 63% higher than 100 μg/mL chitosan oligosaccharide respectively. The control efficiency of chitosan oligosaccharide nano-silver (× 50) solution is 56.98 %, which is the same as 2 % Ningnanmycin (X 300 times) solution. Four tested pesticides all have the certain promotion effect on growth of tobacco plants.
