摘要 石空—兰州原油管道为典型高含蜡原油管道,运行过程中受输送油品物性、管道沿线环境及运行方式等条件影响,易产生制约管道增输的因素,如:各站进站压力低、进站油温低、管壁结蜡严重、沿线摩擦损失较大等。通过分析管道输量、地温、油温、摩阻等实际运行参数,总结出高输量能够有效降低沿线热能损耗,有利于管道增输降耗等。同时为实现石空—兰州原油管道满负荷运行,结合管道输送工艺方案和清管作业,探究管道实现满负荷运行的可行性,并制定有效的增输保障措施。提出升温热洗结蜡严重管道、定期合理安排清管作业等措施,降低管道沿线摩阻,实现管道满负荷运行。 Shikong-Lanzhou pipeline is a typical high waxy crude oil pipeline. The impact of oil properties, environment along the pipeline and operating methods will cause the situation which could restrict the throughput of the pipeline, such as the low inlet pressure, low inlet oil temperature, serious wall wax and high friction loss along the pipeline. By analyzing operation parameters, such as throughput, ground temperature, oil temperature and friction, the paper summarizes the conclusion that high flow rate can efficiently reduce the heat energy loss along the pipeline, and it can increase the throughput and reduce the consumption. Meanwhile, in order to achieve the full load operation of Shikong-Lanzhou crude oil pipeline, the paper explores the feasibility of full load operation combining with the process program and pigging, and formulates safeguard measure for efficient transportation. At last, the conclusions are made such as wax removal hot washing, regular pinging, and friction reduction to achieve the full load operation of the pipeline.
