摘要
五坐标数控加工中心在加工常规叶片时换模频繁,操作流程不统一,设备停机时间长,容易产生不必要的质量损失。规范换模操作流程,形成标准化操作,降低了设备停机时间及废品率。该研究方案对研究其他叶片加工也具有一定的参考价值。
The die of five axis CNC machining center is changed frequently in conventional machining of blades, operation process is not unified, resulting in long equipment downtime and needlessly quality loss. Specification in the die change process and standardized operation in the control process could reduce equipment downtime and scrap rate. The study scheme also has certain reference value to other blade of machining.
