摘要
随着我国肉类消费方式及观念变化,禽肉类产品已成为继猪肉之后的重要动物蛋白源,禽类产品消费量逐渐提高。另外,活禽交易逐渐减少,禽类产品主要以冻品和冰鲜形式销售,相应的包装禽类产品逐渐增多。本文以上海、杭州地区的包装禽类产品消费为例进行调查研究,对上海和杭州地区居民的包装禽类产品消费的基本特征进行描述性分析,运用Logistic模型对购买包装禽类产品的影响因素进行分析,为加强食品安全监管以及普及相关包装知识提出合理化建议。
With the change of China's meat consumption style, poultry consumption increased gradually to be an important source of animal protein followed with pork. In addition, the live poultry trade decreased as bird flu outbreak. It is mainly frozen and chilled poultry for sales in market, and the corresponding packaging poultry products gradually increased. This paper takes Shanghai, Hangzhou area packaging poultry products consumption as an example to analyze. It focuses on the basic characteristics of packaging poultry consumption and making Logistic model to analyze the factors influencing the purchase of packaging poultry. Finally, it provides the food safety supervision suggestion and popularize relevant knowledge of packaging rationalization proposals.
