摘要
通过对贫胺液泵机械密封失效现象进行分析总结,指出由于密封腔介质的特殊性、采用非平衡性机械密封以及选用旋转型单弹簧结构是机械密封失效的主要原因,通过对机械密封设计及结构等方面调整,解决了机械密封失效的问题。
Based on analysis and summary of lean amine liquid pump mechanical seal failure phenomenon,this paper points out that the particularity of sealing cavity medium,the unbalanced mechanical seal and rotating single spring structure are the main cause of mechanical seal failure.Through the mechanical seal design and structure adjustment,the problem of mechanical seal failure are solved.
