摘要
钨精矿及钨产品中杂质的含量是衡量其品质的重要指标,其含量的测定也是生产过程中重要环节。采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钨精矿中杂质元素铜、铅、锌、铁、锰、铋的含量,试样经硝酸-盐酸体系分解后,钨较完全地从溶液中析出与待测组分分离;选择合适的分析谱线有效降低了共存元素对测定的干扰,优化仪器最佳工作参数,进行了精密度实验、加标回收实验和方法比对实验。实验结果表明该法准确度、精密度高,分析操作步骤简便快捷,各元素回收率为98%~105%,RSD≤5%,为钨产品的检测提供了切实可行的分析手段。
The impurity of tungsten concentrate and tungsten products is an important indicator of tungsten quality.Thus, the measuring of impurities tungsten products plays a vital role in manufacturing process. ICP-AES is adopted to determine the impurity elements, including Cu, Pb, Zn, Fe, Mn and Bi, in tungsten concentrate. After the samples were completely liquated by HCl-HNO3, tungsten was precipitated in the form of H2WO4 and separated from the nitric acid. By selecting suitable analytical spectral lines, the interference of coexisting elements on measurement was diminished effectively. The precision, recovery of standard addition and method comparison were tested by optimizing the instrument parameters. Results showed that it was a convenient, rapid and accurate method with the recovery reaching 98 %~105 %( RSD≤5 %).
