被动电磁装甲不同接线柱位置对金属射流电磁力的影响

摘要 金属射流在脉冲大电流作用下的稳定性是影响被动电磁装甲作用效果的关键因素之一.理论分析被动电磁装甲对金属射流的作用机理,构建2种不同接线柱位置的被动电磁装甲和金属射流的电磁仿真模型.利用数值仿真方法,分析静态情况下金属射流的电流分布特性、金属射流整体受力及典型位置的受力情况.研究表明,在不考虑射流速度时,接线柱在金属板对角情况的箍缩效果较为明显,而接线柱在金属板的同侧时,其横向扰动效果较为明显.要实现被动电磁装甲对金属射流的有效扰动和破坏,还需对金属板接线端子的位置进行参数优化. The instability of shaped charge j et on the pulse current action is one of the key factors which can affect the action effect of passive electromagnetic armor.The mechanism of effect that passive electromagnetic armor has on shaped charge j et is analyzed and two kinds of wiring terminals position models are established.By the method of numerical simulation,the current distribution characteristic and the transverse force of shaped charge j et is analyzed on the static state.Besides,the force on typical positions is also analyzed.The research indicates that when wiring terminals are on the opposite angles of plate metals,the pinch electromagnetic force is superior to those on the same side.However,when wiring terminals are on the same side of plate metals,the transverse force is superior.To realize the turbulence and damage of shaped charge j et,the position of wiring terminals should be optimized.
