摘要
分析了安徽省科技创新的现状与问题,安徽科技创新突出表现在高新技术、农业科技、企业技术创新等方面,专利申请与授权呈现良好态势;然而,专利申请、授权增长量差较大,专利结构中,发明专利核心地位不显著,专利地区、类型分布失衡,专利核心技术分布领域前沿优势不足。在此基础上提出了相应的对策,即加强高素质创新人才培养,积极建构创造主体与政府科技创新政策互驱模式等。
The status and problems of Anhui innovation ability of science and technology were analyzed. It is the high and new technology, agri- cultural science and technology, enterprise technology innovation that the outstanding performance of science and technology innovation of Anhui. However, there are some deeper problems, for example, amount of patent applications grew larger than the authorization, the core position of in- vention patent indistinctive, areas and types of patent distribution imbalance, key technology of frontier areas of the patent disadvantage. On the basis of this, corresponding countermeasures were put forward, namely strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents with high quality, actively construct the drive mode between the creation main body and the government innovation policy, etc.
