摘要
[目的]探索因子分析法在再造烟叶原料化学成分的可行性。[方法]对再造烟叶生产原料化学成分进行因子分析及聚类分析。[结果]再造烟叶生产原料主要化学成分间存在显著或极显著的相关性;通过因子分析提取出的4个主要因子代表了11个化学成分信息,其累积贡献率达86.65%;总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾和糖碱比的累积贡献率占38.54%,再造烟叶生产原料化学成分的因子得分与化学成分聚类分析基本一致。[结论]用因子分析对再造烟叶生产原料化学成分进行评价的可行性。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to explore the faasibility of the raw material of reconstituted tobacco by the factor analysis method. [ Method] The factor analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on main chemical components in the reconstituted tobacco. [ Result] The main chemical components in the raw material of reconstituted tobacco leaves were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with that of the others. 86.65% cumulative contribution rate of four main factors of chemical components could be obtained by the factor analysis of the e- leven main chemical components. Total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, potassium and sugar alkali ratio accounted for 38.54% of the cumulative contribution rate. The factor score of the production raw material of reconstituted tobacco was the same with the cluster analysis of chemical components. [ Conclusion] It was feasible to evaluate the chemical components in the raw material of reconstituted tobacco by the fac- tor analysis method.
