摘要
做好管理提升、顺利实现管理目标一直是核电公司热点关注的话题。然而,管理能力要提升,体系建设需先行。文章结合公司全面管理体系建设实践,简要介绍了核电工程全面管理体系建设的全过程,并对其关注重点进行归纳和总结,以期对后续核电公司管理体系建设提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years, nuclear power enterprises always pay much attention to how to improve the management ability and achieve the management goal smoothly. However, the building of management system should go first before the management ability to be improved. According to the practices of building the comprehensive management system for Jiangxin nu-clear power project, this paper introduces the process of establishing the comprehensive manage-ment system briefly. The paper also sums up the important issues during the establishment of the system for the purpose of sharing experience and providing reference for the construction of such systems by follow-up nuclear power enterprises.
