摘要
随着人们生活质量的不断提高与休闲意识的不断增强,人们出行频率不断升高。城市中作为旅游区、居民住宅区和商业区即商旅居多功能结合区域,尤其是具有历史感的老城区,吸引客流现象越来越明显,团体客人数呈上升趋势,再加上停车位紧张造成空间狭小,进而引发人群拥挤风险。本文通过对什刹海风景区的实地调研,探究其停车和人群拥挤问题产生的原因并提出对策建议,提出城市开放型景区的治理关键在于停车位建设和停车管理、尤其是建设人群安全容量监测预警系统,为综合解决开放性景区团体客停车和人群拥挤问题管理提供了思路。
With the continuous development of living quality and leisure consciousness,people＇s travel rate increases sharply.In city,the opening scenic areas nowadays combine the tourist areas with residential areas and business premises.Those opening scenic areas have been attracting more and more people and have an upward trend of group tourists.In addition,on account of narrow space caused by limited parking,the crowd problems easily occur under this circumstance.This paper takes Shichahai scenic area as an example,and explores the reasons of parking and crowd problem and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Those suggestions include constructing parking spaces,improving parking management,and constructing the crowd safety capacity monitoring and early warning system,which are keys to the open scenic area governance.
