摘要 甜瓜(Cucumis melo)是世界上热带和温带地区的一种重要葫芦科作物,也是我国重要的经济作物,甜瓜感染甜瓜坏死斑点病毒(Melon necrotic spot virus,MNSV)会造成重大经济损失。本文对甜瓜坏死斑点病毒的分类地位、特性及发生分布、基因与致病性研究、病毒在细胞间的运动、影响传播因素及抗性研究等进展做一综述。目前,关于该病毒的研究国内外已有不少报道,但病毒致病机制的研究仍在探索,因此揭示其致病机制成为研究该病毒的首要任务,为该病毒的抗性研究奠定基础。 Cucumis melo is one of the important Cucurbitaceae in the tropical and temperate regions and also a major eco- nomic crop in our country. Melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV) cause significant economic losses in melon. The taxonomic sta- tus, characteristics and distribution, analysis of genes and pathogenicity, virus cell-to-cell movement and influence factor of transmission and resistance of MNSV were reviewed. Although there were many researches on MNSV, but there are few re- ports on the virus pathogenic mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to find the host factors related to the virus and reveal the pathogenicity mechanisms of MNSV.
