腹壁切口疝修补术后局部感染预防和处理 被引量：1

摘要 腹壁切口疝修补术是具有挑战性的手术，病人既往经过1次或多次腹部手术、并存影响组织愈合的疾病以及腹膜腔内的严重粘连都是腹壁切口疝修补术发生局部感染的不利因素…。由于手术多需要置入补片，感染一旦发生将非常严重，意味着手术修补切口疝失败，而且由于补片作为异物存在，感染的处理也十分困难，严重的感染甚至会危及病人生命。
