摘要
等温吸附和动力学吸附是分子印迹聚合物对目标物吸附行为研究的重要内容.通过多种等温吸附模型和动力学吸附模型分析研究了以共价键制备的盐酸克伦特罗(CLB)分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)对目标物的吸附行为,结果表明:该CLB MIPs颗粒表面不均匀,对CLB的吸附属于化学吸附,吸附过程中CLB分子之间具有相互作用;吸附过程分为表面吸附和孔穴缓慢扩散吸附两个阶段,但扩散不是控制吸附速率的唯一因素.
Isothermal adsorption and kinetic adsorption are important for the study of the adsorption behavior of the molecularly imprinted polymers ( MIPs) towards analyte.The adsorption behavior of the clenbuterol hydro-chloride ( CLB) MIPs synthesized by covalent imprinting method was investigated by employing isothermal ad-sorption models and kinetic adsorption models.The results showed that the CLB MIPs particles with uniform sur-face binding with CLB were chemisorptions processes, which can be divided into two phases:surface adsorption and slow diffusion in specific cavity.The diffusion adsorption was not the only influence factor on the binding rate of the MIPs.In addition, there was interaction between CLB molecular during adsorption processes.
