摘要 在每届世博会中都有很多临时展览场馆在展后陆续拆除,同样在建筑工地上,许多临时工棚也随着工程的竣工被拆除,这类临时性建筑都具有"一次性"特点。围绕这类可拆卸式移动建筑的特点和案例进行分析,对于这类"一次性"的临时建筑,如何能够将其"永久"与"长寿"下去,这就需要在建筑立项设计之初,就考虑到更多建筑的标准化和灵活性,以及拆卸与构建的可再利用性,以此更能体现出可持续发展的环保设计理念。而作为"永久"与"长寿"的建筑设计理念就需要更长远的考虑,比如建筑的可变性、灵活性等,更重要的是考虑基于建筑工业化的平台,结合可拆卸式移动建筑的特点,能快速拆卸和组装,并与所处的城市气候与周围环境相适应,以展示出它能够被后续利用的价值。 Note that temporary exhibition galleries of World Expo would be dismantled after each of the magnificent exhibition events; likewise, temporary sheds will be demolished after completion of the construction project. Those temporary buildings of both cases manifest themselves as a defect of disposable. This paper focuses on the category of detachable and movable buildings and the relevant case analysis. For the buildings'transformation from "temporary"and "disposable "nature to "permanent" and "renewable"superiority, the sustainability*inspired designs of construction projects should take into account more standardization and fie-xibility originally as well as the convenience of dismantlement and rebuilding tbr the reusability. That exactly corresponds the concept of sustainable development and environmental protection. Indeed, in addition to the aforementioned construction variability and flexibility, the "permanent" and "renewable" architectural design concept should be nourished by more considerations of foresight, in which significant advances are achieved by employing the constructions of industrial platforms to attain the efficiency of dismantling and rebuilding with features of detachable and movable buildings, harmonize themselves with urban climate and their surroundings and reveal the value of their subsequent utilization.
