摘要
介绍了南化公司动力部锅炉装置脱硫、脱硝、电除尘系统的运行情况,分析了运行过程中出现问题的原因,并提出相关改进措施。脱硫系统采用氨法脱硫工艺,脱硝系统采用低氮燃烧+SCR的工艺,除尘系统采用电袋除尘的工艺。南化公司动力部脱硫系统、脱硝系统及除尘系统运行较为稳定,排放尾气指标符合南京市相关环保标准,污染物减排效果较为明显。
Operation of desulphurization, denitrification and electricity dust removal system in power department boiler in Nanjing Chemical Industry Company is described. The causes of problems during operation are analyzed and some relevant improvements are proposed. Desulphurization system uses ammonia desulphurization technology. Denitrification system uses low nitrogen combustion and SCR technology. Dust removal system uses electric dust bag technology. Desulphurization systems, denitrification system and dust removal system run stable and exhaust emissions indicators meet the relevant environmental standards in Nanjing. Pollutant reduction effect is more obviously.
