摘要
收集整理21个高山杜鹃引进品种的系谱资料,研究其祖先亲本进行品系归类,并对各品系的祖先亲本和直接亲本组成进行分析。结果表明,21个高山杜鹃引进品种来源于23个祖先亲本,其中1个育成品种、6个国外野生种、1个国内野生种和15个类型不详;按祖先亲本来源分类,21个高山杜鹃引进品种分属于高加索杜鹃花杂种群、腺柱杜鹃花杂种群和美国山石南杜鹃花杂种群3类杂种群;在21个高山杜鹃引进品种中,腺柱杜鹃花杂种群的品种更具有多样性,而高加索杜鹃花杂种群、美国山石南杜鹃花杂种群2个杂交群内的品种间有相对较近的亲缘关系;21个高山杜鹃引进品种的亲本种质资源利用率低,种质局限性有待改进,挖掘云南特殊种质与引进品种开展杂交育种是扩宽其品种遗传基础的有效途径。
The end ancestor of 21 Rhododendron imported cultivars were analyzed and then the hybrids groups were divided through the collection of their pedigree data. And the ancestor and direct parents of the hybrid groups were analysed. The results showed that 21 Rhododendron imported cultivars were from 23 end ancestors including 1 cultivars,6 foreign species,1 domestic species and 15 unknown types. Based on the types of end ancestor,21 Rhododendron imported cultivars belonged to three kinds of hybrid groups including Caucasicum Hybrids Group,Griffithianum Hybrids Group and Catawba Hybrids Group. The analysis results showed that Griffithianum Hybrids Group had more diversity than the other two hybrids groups,while the cultivars between Caucasicum Hybrids Group and Catawba Hybrids Group had the closer relationship based on the parents analysis. As a result,the parent resources utilization of the 21 Rhododendron imported cultivars was relatively low and the resource limit needs to be improved. It was an effective way to broaden their genetic basis through exploring Yunnan special species and using them as parents to cross with the Rhododendron imported cultivars.
