摘要
文章在分析太阳能控制器充电回路原理与常用电路的基础上,提出了一种新型互补对称MOS电路,并利用Cadence软件模拟其在太阳能电池充电的过程,使得充电回路的性能与功耗都得到了改善。
Based on an analysis of the charging circuit principle and routine circuits of the solar controller,this article attempts to design a complementary-symmetry MOS circuit as well as simulates the process of charging the solar cells via Cadence software, which is expected to improve the performance of and reduce the energy consumption of the charging circuit.
