摘要
科技期刊的质量与编辑人员的素质息息相关,而青年编辑是出版行业的生力军,提升青年编辑的综合实力,对科技期刊编辑质量的提升至关重要。作为一名年轻的科技期刊编辑人员,结合自身两年多的工作实践,从政治思想修养的提高及保密意识的培养方面,业务能力包括编辑知识、专业知识及外语知识的学习,以及沟通与交流能力的提升等3大方面探讨了青年编辑进行自我提升的途径。
The quality of sci-technology journal is closely related to the competence of sci-tech periodical editors,and the young editors are the main force of publishing industry,so improving the comprehensive strength of the young editors is essential for the improvement of editorial quality of sci-technology periodicals. As a young sci-tech periodical editor,combining with his own two-year working practice,the author discussed the way of self-enhancement for young editors from the improvement of the ideological and political cultivation and training of security awareness,the study of professional capacity including the knowledge of editing,expertise and foreign languages,and the improvement of communication skills.
