摘要 汽车电机是汽车内主要电磁干扰源之一,属于宽带干扰源。以汽车空调电动机为例,对车用直流电机的电磁干扰形成机制、测试方法和抑制措施进行了研究,提供了一种用于微电机多点接地宽频带EMC的滤波电路,并对其干扰特性进行了测试与分析。结果显示:此滤波电路能有效抑制汽车空调电动机的差模和共模干扰信号,提高滤波性能,使其传导干扰电压和辐射干扰电压均满足欧盟EN 55014-1∶2006+A1∶2009+A2∶2011标准要求。 Automotive motor is one of the electromagnetic interference(EMI)sources in automobile,itbelongs to broadband interference source. Taking automotive air conditioner motor as example,the authorstudied the mechanism,testing method and suppressing measure of electromagnetic interference ofautomotive DC motor,also provided a electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) filter circuit,and theinterference character of the circuit was tested and analyzed. The results showed the filter circuit caneffectively suppress the differential mode interference and common mode interference of the automotive airconditioner motor,improve the filtering performance,make the conducted interference voltage and theradiated interference voltage satisfy the EN 55014-1∶2006+A1∶2009+A2∶2011 standard.
