摘要
以面贴式永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立高频信号注入时永磁同步电机的响应模型,研究基于高频方波电压信号注入的无位置传感器控制方法,并针对旋转坐标系和静止坐标系分别设计相应的转子位置观测器。这2种转子位置观测器可以有效减少低通滤波器的使用个数,保证转子位置的估计精度,提高系统的控制带宽,并加快系统的快速响应性能。MATLAB/Simulink仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
Taking the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SM-PMSM)as a research object,the responding model of SM-PMSM with high-frequency pulse voltage injection was built,and then sensor-less control strategy based on high-frequency square-wave voltage pulse injection method was researched in this paper.Two types of estimation methods based on the stationary coordinate axis and rotor coordinate axis were proposed to obtain the rotor speed and rotor position respectively.The method can effectively reduce the number of low pass filters,guarantee the estimation accuracy of rotor location,improve the control bandwidth of the system and accelerate the system rapid response performance.MATLAB/Simulink simulation results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
