摘要
为提高主动配电网的供电可靠性以及促进间歇性分布式电源的高效利用,提出了一种同时考虑分布式电源和储能系统选址定容的主动配电网规划方法。综合考虑了功率平衡约束、运行功率约束以及电压约束等约束条件,建立了以主动配电网的年经济费用、年平均缺供电量以及污染气体减排量为目标函数的多目标规划模型。利用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法对模型进行求解,得到目标函数的帕累托最优解集,并利用模糊集理论找出最优解。最后,对IEEE69节点配电系统进行规划,结果表明,所建立的模型能够兼顾主动配电网的经济性、可靠性以及环保性三方面影响,问题求解过程中所用算法具有良好的收敛性以及全局搜索能力。
In order to improve the power supply reliability of the active distribution system and promote the efficient utilization of the intermittent distributed generation, a planning method of active distribution network for siting and sizing, which considers both the distributed generation and the energy storage system is proposed. In view of the power balance constraints, operational power constraints voltage constraints and other constraints the multi-objective planning model, with economic costs, lack of power supply and pollution emission reductions as its objective functions, has been established. Improved NSGA- Ⅱsolving method is proposed to obtain pareto optimal solution set of the objective function, and fuzzy set theory is employed to search for the optimal solution. Finally, the model is utilized in an IEEE69- bus distribution system planning. The results show that the model takes into account the economy, reliability and environmental protection of the active distribution system, and the algorithm which is used to solve the problem has favorable convergence and global search capability.Keywords: active distribution network; distributed generation; energy storage system; siting and sizing;
