摘要 本文以某市220k V母线失压事件为例,对其进行事故树分析,并结合Bowtie可视化功能,对分析的结果和防护措施进行可视化展示。分析结果表明:设备质量不良、日常运行维护不当及电网运行管理缺失为三个威胁事件;负荷损失、重要用户停电及设备损坏和损失为后果事件。结合电网管理实际和基于已有的研究成果,从电网设计规划、风险辨识、安全检查等角度出发,建立了以大面积停电为顶级事件的Bow-tie可视化分析图,直观显示安全管理薄弱环节和安全防护措施,为电网的安全管理提供依据。 Taking pressure loss of 220 k V for some city as example, based on event tree, the paper analyzed the power accident, and the results of analysis and protection measures was visually displayed by using the Bowtie visual function. The results showed that, inadequate quality of equipment, daily operation and, maintenance, and lack of power grid operation management were threats; value of lost load, important user power outage and equipment damage and loss were the consequences. Combining the existing research results and the reality of power grid management, based on the grid design planning, risk identification, safety inspection etc., the Bow-tie visualization analysis diagram with blackouts as the top event was established, which displays visually weak links of safety management and safety protection measures, and provides the basis for safety management of power grid.
