摘要
为解决某炼钢厂板坯连铸机拉速波动故障,建立了Iba诊断分析系统。利用该系统对拉速控制关键参数进行实时监控和记录,发现拉速波动处拉速设定值异常,经检查得出,其原因是屏蔽电缆受到破坏,引起铸流PLC与拉矫PLC之间信号传输故障。对该处电缆进行了更换,解决了拉速波动问题,保证了生产的稳定运行。
To solve speed fluctuation problem of slab continuous caster in the steel plant,Iba diagnosis analysis system was established.Real-time monitoring and recording of key parameters of speed control were carried out by the Iba system.It was found that casting speed set value showed abnormally in the position of casting speed fluctuation.It was checked and concluded that the damaged shielded cable caused signal transmission fault between casting PLC and withdrawal PLC,which led to casting speed fluctuation.The problem was solved by changing the shielded cable,and production stability was ensured.
