摘要
为研究不同MLST型禽源空肠弯曲菌的致病性,挑取6个地区分离到的9种不同MLST分型的10株空肠弯曲菌代表株对SPF雏鸡进行攻毒试验及对细胞进行感染试验。结果显示,试验鸡肛拭子带菌率比较高(83%以上),不同组别的试验鸡体重增长差异不显著(P>0.05),半数以上(60%)菌株对Vero细胞的入侵力和对Hela细胞的入侵能力均低于从腹泻病人分离得到人源标准株NCTC11168(P<0.001),但菌株CJ079株攻毒SPF鸡后死亡超过50%,且对Vero细胞的侵袭力高于NCTC11168。CJ001和CJ079同属于ST51型,而菌株CJ001与其他MLST分型的菌株相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明来源不同环境中同一种MLST分型中的不同菌株也可能具备不同的毒力特征,MLST序列型与毒力特征之间不存在某种确定的关系。
In order to study the pathogenicity of Campylobacter jejuni with different multilocus sequence types from poultry,ten CJ strains from 6different regions and 9different MLST were selected to do infection experiments.The results showed that SPF chicken anal swab carrying rates of CJ were high,the differences of weight gain were not significant(P〉0.05),most CJ showed significantly low invasiveness relative to NCTC11168(P〈0.001).But strain CJ079 appeared stronger fatality rate and invasiveness.CJ001 strain and CJ079 strain belong to ST51 sequence type.The colonization ability of CJ079 strain in SPF chicks was strong,and the adherence or invasion indexes were high,while CJ001 strain was small.Results showed that the different region strains of the same multilocus sequence types under different environmental conditions may also have different characteristics of virulence.There is not a certain relation between the virulence and the MLST.
