摘要
在全国绿色、低碳经济理念的驱使下,众多建筑企业开展了房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构的积极探索和研发,逐渐形成了具有企业特色的结构建造新技术。以苏州太湖论坛城项目为例,分析预制装配整体式剪力墙结构体系(NPC体系)施工特点和难点,为产业化住宅项目的规模推广应用提供参考和借鉴。
On impel of green economy and low-carbon concept, many construction enterprise have made research and development of prefabricated concrete structure, and have formed a series of distinctive building techniques. The author took the project in Suzhou as an example, analyzed the properties and difficulties of the new precast concrete shear wall structure（NPC）, provided the reference for the generalization and application of industrialized residential project.
