摘要
随着高等教育大众化的发展,高校学生生源质量多样化,加之互联网多媒体时代对学生的影响,使学生的思想状况日趋复杂,"问题"学生也逐年增多,做好"问题"学生的工作是学校教育管理工作的底线,如何正确有效的教育引导"问题"学生,使之健康成长,成为当今学生工作者的重要课题。
With the development of the popularization of higher education,diversification of college students quality,coupled with effects of Internet multimedia era of students,the mental state of students is becoming more and more complex. The ＂ problem＂ students is also increasing year by year. How to do a good job in the ＂ problem＂ students is the bottom line of school education and management,how to correct and effectively educate and guide ＂ problem＂ students,and to ensure the healthy growth become the important subject of today＇s student workers.
