摘要
目前医保结算扣款的增长幅度远大于医保挂账的增长幅度,医保扣款形成医院坏账,直接影响到医院的资金回流;如何降低医保扣款,使医院做到良性运转,是医院管理面临的现实问题。
At present,the growth of medical insurance settlement deductions is greater than the growth of medical insurance on account. For the medical insurance deductions form bad debts,it directly affects the hospital＇s capital reflow. Reducing the medical insurance deductions is the practical problem in hospital management.
