梯形螺纹铣刀齿形设计新方法

摘要 介绍一种加工梯形螺纹孔的螺纹铣刀齿形的设计方法。基于三维设计软件Inventor,利用螺旋扫掠的差集运算和环形阵列,模拟铣刀和梯形螺纹孔的相对位置关系,得到铣刀齿形的三维模型;利用数控仿真软件VERICUT验证铣刀加工出的梯形螺纹孔的齿形精度。结果表明,用该方法得到的齿形精度高,与传统理论设计方法相比,设计效率高,而且避免了复杂的计算。 A design method of tooth profile of trapezoid thread milling cutter machining trapezoidal thread hole is introduced. Three dimensional model of tooth profile is obtained,by using subtraction operation in the helical sweep and annular array simulating the milling cutter and trapezoidal thread hole relative position relations based on three-dimensional design software Inventor. The tooth profile accuracy of trapezoidal thread hole which is processed by the milling cutter is verified using the NC simulation software VERICUT. The result shows that high precision of tooth is acquired,compared with the traditional method; this method is more effective and avoids complex calculations.
