自增韧氮化硅陶瓷刀具材料的研究现状

摘要 分析了自增韧Si3N4陶瓷中β-Si3N4晶粒的长径比、直径等属性对其力学性能的影响,总结了影响β-Si3N4晶粒生长的几种因素。认为β-Si3N4柱状晶虽能改善材料韧性,但基体中引入柱状晶或基体晶粒粗化都会降低材料的抗弯强度。为了获得综合性能优秀的陶瓷刀具材料,需要对β-Si3N4基体晶粒、柱状晶的生长加以调控。 The properties of β-Si3N4 grains, such as aspect ratio and diameter, which impact on mechanical performance of self-toughening silicon nitride ceramic are analyzed. And the factors that influence the growth of β-Si3N4 grains are introduced. The study regard rod-like β-Si3N4 grains as positive elements to improve the fracture of the material. However, the rod - like β-Si3N4 grain and the abnormal growth of matrix grain could reduce the flexural strength of the material. For optimize the flexural strength and fracture of the material, we should control the growth of rod-like β-Si3N4 grains and matrix grains.
