摘要 先采用固相法制备Sn0.95Ta0.05P2O7电解质样品,再与适量聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)进行复合合成了有机-无机复合电解质聚四氟乙烯/Sn0.95Ta0.05P2O7。XRD测试表明PTFE/Sn0.95Ta0.05P2O7复合电解质衍射图谱与焦磷酸锡的JCPDS标准衍射图谱卡立方相Sn P2O7(JCPDS 00-029-1352)相同,还可以看出复合后新增加了PTFE的衍射峰,表明Sn0.95Ta0.05P2O7和PTFE复合没有发生反应生成新物质。SEM图可以看出样品致密性良好。采用电化学工作站对样品的中温电性能(40~200℃)进行了研究。结果表明,Sn0.95Ta0.05P2O7/PTFE在160℃下,电导率达到最大值为:1.7×10-2S·cm-1。 The Sn0. 95Ta0. 05P2O7 was obtained by a solid-state reaction method. The calculated amount of PTFE was mixed with Sn0. 95Ta0. 05P2O7 according to proper weight ratio to produce new organic-inorganic composite electrolyte Sn0. 95Ta0. 05P2O7/ PTFE. XRD showed that the PTFE / Sn0. 95Ta0. 05P2O7 showed a single cubic phase structure in agreement with that of Sn P2O7 in JCPDS( 00-029-1352),besides,there was an additional peak of polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE),there were only peaks corresponding well to Sn0. 95Ta0. 05P2O7 and PTFE,without any formation of other substances. SEM images showed that composite electrolyte was sufficiently dense. The intermediate temperature conduction behavior was investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy in the range of 40 ~ 200 ℃. The highest conductivity was observed to be1. 7 × 10-2S·cm-1for Sn0. 95Ta0. 05P2O7/ PTFE at 160 ℃.
