内源性心血管活性多肽与心房颤动

摘要 心房颤动也称房颤(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,随着年龄的增长房颤发病率逐年提高。房颤时心房丧失有效的收缩,导致患者心脏搏出量减少、心肌供血不足、快速心室率和心肌不规则收缩等,可导致心脏扩大、心房重塑和血栓形成,具有较高的致死率和致残率。心血管旁/自分泌的活性多肽通过多种机制参与心血管系统疾病如心力衰竭、心肌梗死、冠心病、高血压和心肌病的进程等。国内外研究已经证实多种心血管活性肽参与房颤的病理生理过程,其中一些活性肽是房颤发病的独立危险因素或者与房颤的治疗效果密切相关。本文结合国内外研究进展,对心房钠尿肽、B型钠尿肽、内皮缩血管肽、Apelin、UrotensinⅡ、松弛素、中介素等心血管活性多肽与房颤的联系进行简要综述。
