摘要
探讨了焊接技术实验课教学中的局限性,介绍了数值模拟的基本原理和方法,采用SYSWELD软件模拟辅助金属焊接实验课程教学。经过2年的教学尝试,数值模拟技术克服了传统焊接技术实验课的弊端,取得了较明显的教学效果,可视化教学效果明显,获得了多点热循环曲线,实现了焊接应力场分析,节省了实验材料和成本,提高了实验安全性。
Limitations in teaching of welding technology experimental course are discussed and the basic principle and method of numerical simulation technology are introduced .Numerical simulation technology is applied to analyze the process of metal welding ,and experimental teaching is carried out assisted by the software SYSWELD .The obvious teaching effect is gained after teaching trying for many years ,reflecting in obvious visual teaching , such as the temperature field and stress field analysis , which can save the experimental materials and cost and improve the experimental safety coefficient .
