摘要
就业结构性矛盾是就业新常态下最为凸显的矛盾,从产业结构调整和高校毕业生对就业结构性矛盾的影响进行实证研究,表明河北省低端行业劳动力供给比较集中,高端行业、高层次人才供给却严重不足;高校毕业生也大多处于"高不成、低不就"的尴尬局面。据此提出河北要以京津冀协同发展为突破,加速调整教育结构,转变教育教学观念,鼓励大学生就业创业,完善职业教育和提升学生职业技能等相关对策建议。
Under the new normal employment structural contradiction is the most prominent contradiction, this article from the adjustment of industrial structure and college graduates to empirical study of the influence of the employ-ment structural contradiction shows that the low industry labor supply is concentrated, high-end industry, high-level talent supply is inadequate in hebei province; College graduates are also in the ＂high inadequate, low not＂awk-ward situation.Accordingly put forward the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei region as break-through, accelerate the adjustment of education structure, changing the education teaching idea, encourage entre-preneurship of university students, improve vocational education and students＇vocational skills and related counter-measures and suggestions.
