摘要
张静生教授认为药对是处方用药之主干,排兵布阵之良将,组成虽简单,但具备中药配伍基本特点,是许多方剂隐含的规律性特征与辨证施治内涵体现,在药物配伍中占重要位置;准确辨证是合理选用药对基础,"对药作用即辨证法中相互依赖、相互制约的实践"。治疗冠心病张师常用远志-石菖蒲-心虚夹痰、心窍蒙闭;佛手-香橼-气滞心痛、胸闷短气;延胡索-川楝子-热厥心痛、或作或止、久不愈者;菊花-羌活-心气不足、心阴亏损、气滞血瘀;太子参-麦冬-气阴两虚。张师指出合理应用药对可减少盲目性,提高组方水平和临床用药的准确性及有效性,使药力增强,或减轻、消除毒副作用,或纠正偏烈之性、抑其所短、专其所长,或相互作用产生与原药各不相同的特殊效果、扩大治疗范围,功用胜于单味药,也绝不是二味药物简单随机组合。
Professor Zhang Jingsheng believes that the accurate differentiation is the basis of rational use of matched pair drugs,＂The essence of matched pair drugs is the practice of mutual dependence and mutual restriction in the process of differentiation.＂ In the treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD） Professor Zhang always select Polygalae radix-Acori tatarinowii rhizoma for guilty or phlegm,obsessed with his Mongolian closed;Citri sarcodactylis fructus-Moslae herba for Qi stagnation and heartache,chest tightness,shortness of breath;Corydalis rhizoma–Toosendan fructus for heat syncope heartache,or stop,for a long time without heal;Chrysanthemumi flos–Notopterygii rhizoma etradix for the heart Qi deficiency,heart Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis;Pseudostellariae radix-Ophiopogonis radix for deficiency of both vital energy and Yin;Professor Zhang pointed out that matched pair drugs is core of medical prescription,,although simple,but with the basic characteristics of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,is a manifestation of the prescription of implicit rules characteristics and syndrome differentiation of connotation,in the drug compatibility occupies an important position.Reasonable application of drugs can reduce the blindness,improve the accuracy and effectiveness of prescription and clinical medication the potency enhancement,or reduce and eliminate the toxic and side effects,or correct partial strong,inhibiting the short,designed the director,or the interaction produced with different technical special effects,expand the scope of treatment,function is better than single herb,nor is simple random combination of two medicines.
