内质网应激相关抗肿瘤治疗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 内质网是真核细胞中参与细胞内多种代谢和信号传导的重要细胞器,一旦内质网稳态破坏,蛋白质就无法进行正确折叠,错误折叠的蛋白质分子累积在内质网,最终导致内质网应激产生。内质网应激是细胞通过一系列途径对内质网紊乱调节,从而适应环境,使细胞继续存活,然而如果细胞没有适应环境则启动细胞凋亡。肿瘤细胞则通过适应途径适应内质网稳态破坏,逃避细胞凋亡使肿瘤细胞生存和生长。相关研究发现,
