摘要
近年来,受国际毒潮及中国涉毒因素的影响,新疆地区毒品犯罪活动依然猖獗,尤其随着物流与寄递行业迅速发展,物流寄递业成为新疆地区内外贩毒集团将毒品贩运到消费市场的"最后一公里"和继陆、海、空之后的又一大毒品贩运渠道,给新疆禁毒工作带来了日益严峻的挑战。实践中,相对于物流寄递渠道毒品犯罪活动不断增多的趋势,我们在监管、查缉堵截方面还存在诸多问题,必须采取综合治理的举措应对。
In recent years, influenced by international drugs and drug-related factors in China, the drug crime is still rampant in Xinjiang areas, especially with the rapid development of logistics and delivering industry, the logistic delivering becomes into the 'last kilometer' and a major channel in drug trafficking to the consumer market in this area besides by land, by sea and by air, bringing in a great challenge to the antidrug work. In practice, facing to the rising trends of logistic delivering drug, we must take comprehensive control measures in management and investigation, even through there are many problems existing in supervising and seizing.
