摘要
文章以宝钢湛江项目为例,介绍了冶金设备采购中实施的设备监理制度、模式,对新常态下在设备采购中推行实施的"专业化+区域化"的设备监理管理从两个方面进行了阐述,并对该模式进行了探索实践。
By taking Baosteel Zhanjiang Project as an example, this paper mainly introduces the system and mode of equipment supervision implemented in metallurgical equipment procurement. It elaborates from two aspects the new management of equipment supervision known as ＂professional plus regionalization＂ used in equipment procurement. The case is a good study of this management mode.
