辅导员利用同感技术有助于促进与学生、家长、学校管理者的有效沟通,构建和谐的师生和家校关系,同时探讨了辅导员在使用同感技术时需要真诚与尊重。
Empathy can help advisors to communicate with students, parents and school administrators in a better way so the teacher--student relationship and the family--school relationship will be more harmonious. In using empathy, advisors need to show sincerity and respect.
