台山核电站桩身完整性及承载力检测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了保证台山核电站厂房建设的顺利实施,结合基础工程中遇到的工程桩实例,对冲孔灌注桩采用低应变检测法检测桩身完整性,运用钻芯法确认桩身强度及完整性,经判定该批桩全部达到了设计要求,并由对水泥土搅拌桩施工现场的单桩竖向抗压静载试验得到了各桩的Q-S、S-lg Q、S-lgt曲线图,确定了工程桩的沉降量变形随竖向荷载、加载时间的变化规律,得到单桩竖向抗压强度极限承载力为200k N,满足设计要求,研究对于相似工程的基桩检测提供了一定的参考意义,具有一定的工程应用价值。 In order to guarantee the smooth construction of certain plants in Taishan nuclear power station ,the cast-in-situ piles were tested for their integrity and strength by adopting low strain and core drilling methods .It was found that this batch of piles were complied with the design requirements with no exceptions .According to the results of the field static load tests on deep cement-soil mixing piles ,it was concluded that the settlement deformation changed with the ver-tical load and loading time based on the Q-S , S-lg Q and S-lg t curve of each pile ,the ultimate bearing capacity of vertical compressive strength for a single pile was 200 kN ,which was consistent with the design requirements .This study will provide some reference and guidance for the testing of foundation piles in similar engineering projects .
